Kirsty Badenoch - Curator
Kirsty is an architect working with landscape narratives through drawing, teaching and research-led practice. Her work centres around the dynamic relationship between the natural and the manmade, exploring chance and temporality of space. Kirsty is Associate and Head of Research at Periscope, alongside teaching MA Landscape Architecture and BA Architecture and Interdisciplinary Studies at the Bartlett, UCL. Her drawings have been exhibited internationally, with support from the Danish Arts Foundation.

Sayan Skandarajah - Curator
Sayan is an architectural academic specialising in drawing-led research. Alongside his role as a Lecturer and Design Studio Convener for Second Year at the University of Reading, he is currently conducting PhD research at the Bartlett School of Architecture. His focus on non-western representations of the city feeds into his investigation into traditional forms of Japanese painting, funded by the London Arts and Humanities Partnership, with previous grants from The Sasakawa Foundation.

Eloise Maltby Maland - Production Assistant
Eloise is a transdisciplinary artist with a research-based and socially engaged practice. Having graduated from MA Situated Practice at the Bartlett, her practice engages with language, movement and speculative fiction. She has shared her work through performances and workshops at the Royal Academy, London; the De La Warr Pavilion, Bexhill On Sea; the School of Environment and Architecture, Mumbai; and the Chilean Conexion Festival, Berlin.
Keranie Theodosiou - Production Assistant
Keranie arrived at Cartographies of the Imagination from a background in architectural design, project management, and film. Whilst working as the Design and Project Coordinator at the Van Gogh House London, she discovered an interest in graphic design and digital media. She is currently pursuing a career in programming, with the intention of exploring the relationship between architecture, software, and machine learning. Keranie studied architecture at the University of Edinburgh and completed her Masters in Architecture at the Royal College of Art.
PiM.studio Architects - Exhibition Design
A London-based team of Architects with a global outlook, fresh ideas and big ambitions, PiM have previously designed exhibitions for leading galleries including V&A Dundee and the Royal Academy. Founder and Director Maria-Chiara Piccinelli also teaches at the London School of Architecture. She began her career in Italy and has since worked in Tokyo, Edinburgh and Paris for Kengo Kuma & Associates, and in Rotterdam for OMA/REM Koolhaas.
Drawing Matter
Drawing Matter is a public forum for examining the architectural drawing as an active way of thinking about, expressing and making architecture. Niall Hobhouse established the working collection 25 years ago, containing thousands of drawings, sketchbooks and models, dating from the sixteenth century to the present.
